Online Training

Online TrainingOnline training which includes:
  • 4 – 5 weight workouts a week for 4 different weeks. A total of 16 1 hour workouts.
  • 2 meal plans (biweekly).
  • 2 sets of cardio programs that change biweekly (to clarify it is 4 weeks Mon – Sun not the actual month. It is easier for our accounting that way).
  • There is no contract. You can go as long as you want or stop when you want.
